Radius Aerospace acquires U.K. operations
Radius Aerospace, Inc. has announced it has acquired Doncasters Group Limiteds Aerospace Forming and Fabricating Business in Sheffield and Shrewsbury, located in the United Kingdom (U.K.).The new division will be renamed Radius Aerospace UK Ltd., but will also trade under its historical Bramah and Shrewsbury names, according to a company release.Radius Aerospace specializes in forming methods including titanium sol-gel coating, metal bonding, specialty alloy welding, stretch forming, hydroforming, welding, brazing, processing, titanium SPF forming, and aluminum and titanium chemical milling.
