Zhangjiagang Huayu Nonferrous Metal Material Co., Ltd. (Valueti), is an internationally known, reputable manufacturer of titanium, nickel/zirconium seamless and titanium welded tubes. The Company was established in February 2003.The company premises are located in Zhangjiagang City Economic Zone, which is approximately 1 hour’s travel from Shanghai.
Our titanium seamless tubes are produced on our High Speed Pilger Mill Line. We have manufactured and supplied to date: Approximately 12 800 Tons to the global power generation sector, desalination operations, petrochemical industries, as well as the aerospace and aviation industries. We have produced in excess of 2 000 tons of Gr2 ASTM B338 tubes of thin wall thickness (0.5 and 0.7mm) which met the demanding technical requirements for power generation condensers. Additionally we have manufactured and supplied titanium Grade 9 tubes meeting ASTM B338, AMS4943, AMS4944 and AMS4945 requirements.
These were supplied for PTA (Pure Terephthalic Acid) petrochemical and aviation industry applications respectively. In some critical process industries, our titanium Grade 5 tubes with the advantage of higher mechanical and metallurgical performance have brought added value to the end user.A state of the art, computerised seam welding tube line complements the above range. The high quality welded titanium tubes are produced from a dedicated titanium flat coil which meets the requirements of demanding high end users.

We are the holders of the “Titanium and Titanium Alloy Tube Manufacturers‘ License” and the “Pressure Piping Components Manufacturing License for Special Equipment” of the People’s Republic of China, issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China. Additionally, Huayu has passed the We are compliant to the business philosophy of Social Responsibility, together, with a focus on Environmental Protection, and Health and Safety (EHS requirement). We have been awarded the ISO 14001 “International Environment Management System” certification and OHASA18001 “Occupation Health and Safety Management System” certification issued by TUV Rheinland.
