Jiangsu Hongbao Group Co., Ltd (Jiangsu Hongbao High-precise Pipe & Tube Co., Ltd) is located in Zhangjiagang City in P. R. China and is only 2.5 hours’ driving to Shanghai and is one of the largest tubes and pipes manufactures in China.
In 1993, Hongbao set up the titanium products factory for sponge melting and seamless tubes production, who can be considered as the pioneer in China in this area. For more than 25 years’ growth and supported by professional technical team and facilities, Hongbao now is specialized in developing and manufacturing Titanium and Titanium alloy ingot, Titanium and Titanium alloy seamless tubes, copper alloy tubes and high-strength oil well tubes, which have been widely used as key components for seawater desalination, salt making, soda ash, PTA, petrochemical oil wells and warship equipment etc.
Hongbao has passed the quality and management system certifications, such as ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Lawrence Certification and Norwegian DNV Factory Certification etc.
The company equipped with the most advanced process equipment, including vacuum consumable smelting furnace, 120 large-caliber cross-rolling piercing mill, extrusion piercing mill, ultra-long vacuum annealing furnace (9m,11m,18m), and other modern processing equipment. Meanwhile the company owns the test center and qualified QC team. The tests devices cover chemical components tests, such as ONH element analyzer, Metallurgical microscope, carbon and sulfur analyzer, mechanical performances, such as tensile strength tester, hardness tester etc. and non-destructive tests, such as ultrasonic flaw detector, eddy current flaw detector, Hydrostatic test etc.
