Enbridge plans for new Minnesota pipeline

Siemens receives order for 67 wind turbines

Samsung Renewable Energy, Inc. and Pattern Energy Group LP have ordered 67 wind turbines from Siemens Canada for The Grand Renewable Energy Park. This project will be in the County of Haldimand, Ontario and will be made up of 100 MW of solar power and 150 of wind power.

Vancouver Shipyards to build extra non-combat vessels

newsitemThe Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada, joined by the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Industry and Regional Minister for British Columbia, announced today that Seaspan’s Vancouver Shipyards will build an additional 10 Non-Combat vessels for the Canadian Coast Guard.  The new ships, confirmed during Minister Finley’s visit to the shipyards, increase Seaspan’s non-combat build package to 17 ships.

Cameron FPSO process equipment for SBM Offshore

newsitemSBM Offshore selected gas processing packages from Cameron for its FPSOs destined for Lula field pre-salt area offshore Brazil.  The FPSOs, the Cidade de Maricá and Cidade de Saquarema, are being built by SBM and will be replicas of the Cidade de Ilhabela FPSO project currently underway in Brazil where Cameron is providing gas dehydration and CO2 removal packages to SBM.  The Cameron packages for the new contract will be primarily used for gas dehydration and acid gas removal before routing the gas to reinjection compressors.
