Arlington Capital Partners acquires aerospace company

Washington, D.C.-based Arlington Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Triumph Group Inc.’s forming and fabrication facilities. The business will continue to operate independently as Radius Aerospace Inc. It will provide fabrications, forming, and other vertically integrated products and services primarily to OEM and Tier 1 aerospace and defense customers.

Radius is based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with locations in Shelbyville, Indiana; Fort Worth, Texas; Phoenix, Florida; and San Diego, California. The company offers all forming methods, including titanium sol-gel coating, metal bonding, specialty alloy welding, stretch forming, hydroforming, welding, brazing, processing, titanium SPF forming, and aluminum and titanium chemical milling.
