Universal Stainless finance chief resigns

Mr. Michael D. Bornak, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products (USAP) has noticed the company that he is resigning from his position. His official last day is yet to be determined.

Universal Stainless has already started a search for Mr. Bornak’s replacement, but also intends to retain the services of Mr. Bornak in his current role in order to provide for a smooth transition.

Mr. Dennis Oates Chairman, President and CEO of USAP has stated, “In the time that Mr. Bornak has been with Universal Stainless he has brought some much needed leadership and organization to the finance function and staff. I want to acknowledge the contribution that he has made to Universal Stainless, and wish him success in his future endeavours.”
