Heat Treating of Light Alloys Conference

Held 25-26 March 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel in Anaheim, California, US, the “Heat Treating of Light Alloys” program will cover advances in the heat treating of titanium, aluminum, and next generation composites. The program will begin with “A Historical Perspective on Light Metals Heat Treatment” provided by Joe Benedyk of Light Metal Age. Technical presentations by heat treating experts will follow. A one-day educational seminar on Heat Treating for the Non-Heat Treater will be presented by Scott Mackenzie on 24 March, immediately prior to the start of the Heat Treating of Light Alloys technical program. The conference is organized by AMS Heat Treating Society.
