Louisville-based Industrial Services of America has expanded into stainless-steel recycling by purchasing inventories from Venture Metals and hiring two of its key executives. The ISA purchase includes approximately USD 9 million of existing Ventures Metals inventory and gives ISA the right to use Venture Metals’ Campground Road processing site. ISA also will use a site in Mobile, Atlanta. ISA formed a new division, ISA Alloys, to focus on stainless-steel recycling.
