Voortman Steel Machinery, a manufacturer of CNC steel processing machines, has acquired Germany-based Müller Opladen GmbH, a manufacturer of pipe processing machines. This acquisition expands Voortman’s product portfolio, adding profile-cutting machines for steel pipes, pressure vessels, and structural steel.
Müller Opladen’s 3D pipe-cutting machines are designed to handle small to large profiles. Its distribution network reaches worldwide customers in roughly 70 countries.
