Westinghouse new alloys-manufacturing supplier

Pennsylvania based-Westinghouse Electric Company, nuclear technology providers, recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with stainless alloys producer Teralba Industries, as a first step in welcoming the Australian supplier to become part of the Westinghouse global supply chain. UGL Limited and Saab Australia Pty Ltd. also signed MOUs with Westinghouse. This development sets the stage for these companies to gain experience and skills necessary for nuclear power to be developed as a source of electricity production for Australia, should the country decide on this path in light of carbon reduction goals.

Teralba Industries is an Australian manufacturer of high quality stainless alloy products, specializing in heat transfer systems, industrial mixers and stainless steel pressure vessels.
