Vallourecs American subsidiary, VAM USA, a leading supplier of premium threaded connections for the oil and gas industry, will open a new VAM® Field Service office in the town of Odessa, Texas to serve the Permian Basin. The market of the Permian Basin, a major region for oil production situated west of Texas and southeast of New Mexico, is expanding quickly.
The new office will aim to support the growing number of VAM customers in the Permian Basin, where VAM SG, VAM HTF-NR, VAM TOP HT and DWC/C-IS-PLUS tubular connections are used. The 1,600 sq. ft. facility will warehouse complete sets of VAM Field Service running tools and provide the expertise required.
