Clatsop County Hearings Officer Peter Livingston has granted conditional approval to the consolidated land-use application from Oregon Pipeline LLC for a natural gas pipeline serving its proposed Skipanon Peninsula LNG terminal. The application seeks approval to build 41mi of 36in diameter pipeline through Clatsop County.
