Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc. has announced that Mr Douglas M McSorley has been named VP of Finance, CFO and Treasurer of the company effective 19 July 2010. Mr McSorley most recently served as CFO of PSC Metals Inc, an Icahn Enterprises LP scrap metal recycling company operating in the US and Canada. He joined a predecessor company to PSC as Controller in 1994, after serving five years with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Ontario, Canada, where he worked as a Chartered Accountant with a variety of industrial clients.
