Steam Jet Thermocompressors from Spirax Sarco

Spirax Sarco, which has locations throughout the Americas, has announced the release of the Steam Jet Thermocompressors, an energy saving device that compresses low pressure steam, often waste steam, to a higher acceptable pressure that can be utilized by additional applications customers may have.

It comes in a range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, chrome and molybdenum.

The unit consists of three fundamental components: motive steam nozzle, suction body and a diffuser. The compact design aims to create ease when installing into a pipeline, and enable overhead installations.

Steam Jet Thermocompressors have no moving or rotating parts. Minimal maintenance is required and the units can be installed in remote or inaccessible locations.
