Stainless Steel design course

US-based Contrarian Metal Resources has announced the launch of its first on-line course, “The Value of Designing with Stainless Steel,” in conjunction with AEC Daily, provider of hosting and administrative services. The American Institute of Architecture Continuing Education and the Construction Education Network have accredited this course which is offered free of charge. This is an opportunity for architects and construction professionals to earn a credit in continuing education and to keep abreast with the latest stainless steel applications as well as an overview of how to determine the best grades for a project’s environment. The course shows examples of exterior and interior architectural design and will cover the features, classifications, finish options and fabrication techniques of stainless steel.
