Samsung Renewable Energy, Inc. and Pattern Energy Group LP have ordered 67 wind turbines from Siemens Canada for The Grand Renewable Energy Park. This project will be in the County of Haldimand, Ontario and will be made up of 100 MW of solar power and 150 of wind power.
According to the signed agreement, Siemens will supply, deliver and commission 67 units of its SWT-2.3-101 wind turbines and provide any service and/or maintenance for three years following installation.
