SENER wins CC power station contract

SENER Ingeniería y Sistemas in partnership with Techint has received a contract from Pan American Energy LCC to convert the power plant of the Cerro Dragón natural gas and oil field in Chubut to a combined cycle power station. The first phase of the contract consists of developing the plant’s engineering, which will then lead to an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management) contract, including the construction stage, assembly and testing. Upon completion, the cycle plant will generate 160MW.
