Mr. James F. Dinning has been named as Russel Metals’ Chair of the Board. He will be immediately replacing Mr. Anthony Griffiths who officially retired as the director and Chair of the Board on May 6, 2014.
Mr. Dinning has been a director of the company since 2003 and previous to that held numerous roles CEO and a member of various boards. In his new position he will assist in making decisions for the company, which is one of the largest metals distribution companies in North America. He will help to oversee the business, which is carried out over three metals distribution segments: metals service centers, energy products and steel distributors.
