Roll-Kraft acquires Chicago Roll Company

Ohio-based Roll-Kraft, a manufacturer of tooling for the tube and pipe and roll forming industry, with tooling material capabilities that include stainless steel, molybdenum, nickel and superalloys, has announced its acquisition of Chicago Roll Company. Chicago Roll Company provides design, manufacturing and refurbishing of tooling to support the tube, pipe and roll form industry.

As a result of the acquisition, Roll-Kraft customers will now have access to the facility in Lombard, as well as other locations in Mentor, Ohio, Houston, Texas and Ontario, Canada. The Lombard location has 17 CNC (Computer Numerical Control) turning-center machines, aimed to ensure accurate design specifications, to achieve first-time performance.
