Robotic MIG gun with stainless water lines

Tregaskiss has announved its TOUGH GUN I.C.E. (Integrated Cooling Enhancer) Robotic MIG Gun for robotic welding applications that require the cooling capacity of a water-cooled MIG gun, along with the durability of an air-cooled design. Featuring stainless steel water lines running along a durable air-cooled gooseneck, the I.C.E. circulates water at the nozzle, keeping the MIG gun cooler and helping lengthen the life of its front-end consumables. The TOUGH GUN I.C.E. Robotic MIG Gun provides 550amp capacity at 60% duty cycle (with mixed gases) and provides an efficient solution for a wide range of metal thicknesses from thin metal to thick plate. The gun is 100% tested for dimensional accuracy, water flow, leaks and pressure. It is also available in a variety of gooseneck angles and torch lengths, and it is compatible with Tregaskiss’ TOUGH GUN Reamer.
