POWER MIG 216 welding system

Lincoln Electric has released the POWER MIG 216 welding system for the autobody and sheet metal fabrication industries. The system is equipped with Diamond core Technology for steel, stainless steel or aluminium. The POWER MIG 216 is also equipped with the MAXTRAC cast aluminium industrial wire drive, with dual driven rolls, regulated wire feed speed control, brass-to-brass connections and Lincoln’s 100% wire supporting split wire guide system. The welding system is spool gun ready. For better aluminium wire feeding performance, the welder can remove the standard MIG gun and plug in the Magnum 100SG spool gun. Included in the POWER MIG 216 welding system is: the Magnum 250L gun and 4.5m “quick-connect” cable assembly equipped with fixed gas nozzle assembly; a top-mounted gun expendables tray; a built-in undercarriage with Easy-Load gas cylinder platform; a work clamp and 3m cable; a drive roll and wire guide to feed both 0.9 and 1.1mm wire; and a gas regulator and hose kit for CO2 or argon blend gases.
