Canadian-based Petro Andina Resources Inc., an oil and gas company interested in the exploration for, development, and production of oil and natural gas in South America and the Caribbean, has announced the appointment of Mr Paul D Wright to the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr Wright is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of industry experience. He has worked in senior financial roles in both domestic and international oil and gas companies, most recently as the Vice President Finance and CFO of Niko Resources Ltd. He currently works as a financial consultant and sits on the Boards of Pan Orient Energy Corp. and Brickburn Funds Inc, a mutual fund company, as well as two non-profit organizations.
