Outokumpu, a global leader in the stainless steel industry, with numerous locations throughout the Americas, has delivered some 500 tons of Forta DX 2205 duplex stainless steel for the second-phase development of Jiaxing Petrochemical Co Ltd.s purified terephthalic acid (PTA) production facility in Zhejiang province, China. This investment in a new PTA production facility extends the companys capacity by 1.2 million tons.
