New metal repair launched

The Merrill Institute, a division of Merrill Technologies Group, is a world class manufacturing centric training and education center located in Alma, Michigan. The institute has just launched a new metal repair program that will benefit both students and persons needing steel/alloy weld repair.

Individuals requiring large- or small-scale projects such as trailers, industrial equipment or any item that needs steel/alloy weld repair. Students, under the supervision of experienced certified welding educators, will repair cracked or broken parts. Jason North, a Merrill Institute instructor, explained that the program has the experience and capabilities to do repairs on a variety of alloys including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and even exotic alloys.
All the repair projects are thoroughly inspected before given to the client.
