Lee products has launched its newest product a miniature medical grade stainless steel cartridge style corrosive resistant check valve specifically designed for installation into plastics with sufficient elongation like nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, acetal and PEEK.
The new 5.5mm CCPI Series valve is 7.3mm long and is made out of 316L stainless steel. It also has a ceramic ball that allows for simple, press-in installation, superior retention as well as preventing any by-pass leakage around the valve. The valves can be installed in either direction, enabling forward or reverse flow configurations to facilitate optimal design flexibility. Flow capacity is 20 lit/min at 200 KPa pressure drop. They are ideal for medical applications in addition to any other situation where micro-hydraulic liquids handling is required.
