Shannon A. Ming has been promoted to senior vice president of finance and investor relations by Regency Energy Partners LP, effective immediately. Ming joined Regency in April 2006 as director of investor relations and most recently served as vice president of investor relations and corporate finance support. Ming’s current responsibilities will expand to include managing Regency’s annual budgeting, risk management organizations and corporate finance. Regency Energy Partners LP is a midstream energy partnership specializing in gathering and processing, contract compression and marketing and transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids.
