Wynnchurch Capital LLC and Midland Industries have completed an acquisition of Stainless Adapters Inc., (SAI), a Houston-based manufacturer of premium stainless steel hydraulic adapters and pipe fittings servicing industries such as oil and gas, marine, manufacturing, construction, carwash, automotive and agriculture.
Michael Baker, SAI CEO, joins Midland Industries as General Manager of the new Houston distribution center opening in spring 2020. The complete SAI product range is offered on Midlands website and through distribution channels in Houston.
