The Board of Directors at CST Industries, Inc. (CST) has appointed Declan McLaughlin as their new President and CEO. McLaughlin has been with the company since 2009 when he joined CST as President of Columbian TecTank. He was recently appointed to lead the integration of Columbian TecTank and another CST portfolio company, Engineered Storage Products, into the new company, CST Storage. Before joining CST, McLaughlin served as Vice President and General Manager for SPX Corporation’s Global Package Products; he was responsible for building business, increasing profitability and opening new international markets. McLaughlin will succeed Brian Bauerbach who will be leaving CST to become CEO of a separate venture.
