Manganese X Energy Corp. has announced its written confirmation from Mountain Spring Oil and Gas Limited (MSOG), that the companys bid to purchase an oil and gas property, was successful.
Manganeses bid was the highest for the Western Canada-based property, and the final closing of the contemplated transaction will be done by June 14, 2019.
