Laserflex acquired by Ryerson

Laserflex, a specialist in laser fabrication metal processing and welding, has been acquired by Ryerson, a distributor of industrial metals. According to Ryerson, the move will expand the company’s existing fabrication and metals processing capabilities.

With operations in the US, Canada, Mexico and China, Ryerson employs around 3,500 people in approximately 100 locations. Laserflex employs more than 100 people at its two locations in Columbus, Ohio and Wellford, South Carolina and has annual revenue of approximately USD $25 million.
