Jacobs receives NASA contract

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the design and implementation of soil and groundwater cleanups at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS) in Florida. The contract has a five-year ordering period with a potential value of USD 91 million. As per the contract, Jacobs is providing the NASA/KSC Environmental Assurance Branch with professional services to support them in meeting the contamination assessment and remediation requirements for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) sites and petroleum contamination for NASA on KSC and CCAFS.
