HiP releases new stainless steel valve

High Pressure Equipment Company (HiP), has introduced a new soft seat relief valve. The new valve, featuring a 316 stainless steel body, has been designed to protect liquid and gas tubing systems for over-pressure damage and failure.

The new relief valves are available in pressure ranges from 1,500 to 25,000 psi for 9/16 inches outside diameter (OD) tubing with adapters for other available sizes.

Outlet connections are ½-an-inch National Pipe Tapered (NPT). The soft seat valve design provides a bubble-tight seal ideal for venting gas and can be re-seated.

HiP relief valves are factory-set to the designated pressure and tagged accordingly, featuring glands with 17-4PH stem and seal ring for standard applications.
