Aeroquest International Ltd has appointed Mr John Hick to the board of directors of Aeroquest International, effective 5 December 2008. Mr Hick, a lawyer by training, has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, in both senior management positions and as a director. He is currently a non-executive, independent director of the following mining companies: Silver Eagle Mines Inc. First Uranium Corp., Carpathian Gold Inc., Revett Minerals Inc., Hudson Resources Inc., and Marengo Mining Ltd. From December 2004 to June 2006, he was the CEO and then Vice Chairman of Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd. Prior to that, Mr Hick held senior management positions with a number of mining companies. Mr Hick has filled the vacancy resulting from the resignation from the board of Mr Nino Tufilli.
