EXAIR introduces stainless steel Line Vacs

EXAIR, a company looking to solve problems faced in industrial plants by manufacturing air-operated products, has introduced new 316 stainless steel Line Vacs.

The Line Vacs are powerful in-line conveyors that transport high volumes of material through ordinary hoses or tubes. They have been designed for areas like food and pharmaceutical processing, which require the benefits of 316 stainless steel including excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, performance in high or low temperatures, long service life, and low maintenance.

Commonly used to fill hoppers, move trim and waste or transfer parts, the 316 stainless steel Line Vac conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles into the throat to produce a vacuum on one end, and high output flows on the other. The material conveying rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator. An optional bracket permits easy mounting, and having no moving parts or electricity, assures maintenance-free operation.

Materials of construction include aluminum, and 303 and 316 stainless steel.
