Dave Dunning Retiring from Fluor

Mr. David (Dave) R. Dunning, 62, Fluor’s Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, has elected to retire from Fluor Corporation effective June 1, 2015. Mr. Jose L. Martin de Bustamante, 51, has been named as the new Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy.

Dunning will begin a transition of his responsibilities immediately to Bustamante, who is currently serving as Senior Vice President, Business Development, Marketing & Strategic Planning for Energy & Chemicals. Bustamante will officially begin his new role on June 1 as Fluor’s New Executive Vice President of Business Development & Strategy reporting to David T. Seaton, chairman and chief executive officer.

Dunning served in a variety of positions during his 37 years, each with increasing complexity, accountability and strategic importance. For the past two years, he was responsible for the realignment and consolidation of Fluor’s business development and sales organizations to solidify and focus strategic planning, sales, communications and advocacy for the company.
