Commerciale Tubi Acciaio (“CTA”) – one of the main players in the supply of steel products, destined for the Chemical and Petrochemical, Refining, Gas Processing, Power Generation and Nuclear markets, with a 2022 turnover of 202.5 million euros – acquires 100% of Raccortubi Group, manufacturer, and supplier of piping materials in stainless steel and special alloys.
The operation seals the strategic alliance and the fruitful collaboration already started in 2020 and strengthens the positioning of both companies, creating a new leading Group in the reference sector, with a consolidated international presence, especially in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, South America and Europe.
