Compact Weld Camera Monitors TIG, Plasma Processes

Xiris has introduced the XVC 310 Lipstick Weld Camera for GTAW and plasma processes in confined spaces, such as narrow gap and orbital applications. With a 17-mm diameter, compact design, and seamless integration options, the camera offers clear monitoring of TIG tips, melt pools, weld beads, seams, parent material, and wire feeding.

The camera generates HD color images with more than 120-dB HDR, giving operators a clear, uninterrupted view of the welding process during setup and execution. With Xiris WeldStudio 3 software featuring touchscreen capability, graphical overlay tools, and video recording/playback, additional cameras can be added for operation within the same software.
