Climax Portable Machining & Welding Systems has completed its acquisition of privately held Calder Testers, a leader in providing advanced equipment for testing industrial valves, hosing systems and specialty pressure containers. Founded in 1984, Calder specializes in offering both standardized testing systems as well as systems which are customized for the specific needs of customers.
