Chromalox offers prefabricated heat trace bundles

A manufacturer of electric heat and control products, Chromalox, has introduced jacketed process tubing bundles consisting of insulation, steam tracing or electric heat tracing to their product line.

The tubing bundles come in a wide variety of material such as stainless steel, high alloy and copper as well as a large range of insulation jacket materials. Often the tubing bundles are used to protect viscous materials from freezing, to avoid gas condensation and to improve employee safety.

The bundles maintain process temperatures and protect instrument sampling and impulse lines. Bundles could include single or multiple process tubes suited for use in heat trace systems in industries such as chemicals, plastics, power generation, oil and gas and pulp and paper.
