Chicago Pneumatic wins Good Design Award

Chicago Pneumatic has received the Good Design Award for its new brand design language for industrial and vehicle service tools, construction tools, and industrial and portable compressors. The Good Design award is granted by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, and the European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. The new brand style is a reflection of pride in the brand’s legacy and their strong commitment to producing high-quality and reliable construction tools, compressors and pneumatic tools. It also demonstrates that Chicago Pneumatic is supported by a major, coordinated and global organization when introducing new products. The unifying Chicago Pneumatic design language was developed in 2009 and implemented in 2010; soon all products in the range will carry the new black and red design. Founded in 1950, the Good Design award is the oldest design award in the world. The museum received a record number of entries from over 48 countries, representing the most important and prominent corporations in the design industry.
