Cam-Tech completes precision machining expansion

Cam-Tech Manufacturing, a division of PCX Aerostructures, LLC, manufacturers of complex parts machined from hard alloys such as titanium, Inconel and steel, has successfully completed installation of a new state-of-the-art machining center allowing for expanded production of high quality, large format aircraft parts at their Texas facility.

The new T1 Makino 5-Axis machining center allows for added versatility and continued efficiencies, yielding innovative processing of hard alloy components for a variety of aerospace platforms. Boasting a capability envelope of 59″ x 51″ x 78,” the latest capital investment from PCX Aerostructures lends additional strength to their progressive range of capabilities.
