ATI appoints Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer

Allegheny Technologies, one of the world’s largest and most diversified specialty materials and components producers, have announced that Kevin B. Kramer is the new Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer. His new role will begin February 3, 2014 out of the headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kramer will be responsible for leading the alignment and coordination of ATI’s global commercial and marketing strategies across all the business units. He will also be in charge of the company’s market sector teams, international sales and marketing shared services organization and general brand management and marketing communications.

He has over 30 years of experience with eight of those years serving as Alcoa, Inc.’s President-Growth Initiatives and President-Wheel and Transportation Products.

His commercial and marketing experience combined with his general management, strategic planning, and manufacturing experience bring a unique skill set to this new ATI corporate leadership position.”
