ArcelorMittal considers reopening steel mill

ArcelorMittal steel officials and the local union are in talks about the plant reopening in Georgetown, South Carolina, US, which would give the area a needed economic boost. If the plant reopens, about 150 people would go back to work initially, but that could grow to about 230. A timetable for when the mill might reopen has not been released.
