Alro Steel to Acquire Heimansohn Steel

Alro Steel, a distributor of metals and industrial supplies, has announced an agreement to acquire Heimansohn Steel, Clarksville, Tenn., a metals service center with processing services that include metal cutting, shearing, drilling, punching, and bending. This purchase will allow Alro to grow its customer base in Tennessee and Kentucky, while providing enhanced product offerings, processing, and delivery for cut-to-order metals.

“With this acquisition, we will be able to fulfill even more of your metal needs with the addition of more inventory and processing capabilities,” said Lawrence Mize, vice president of Heimansohn Steel. “You will still be greeted with the same faces when you walk through the door. We are proud to continue serving you under the Alro name.”
