AD review results for stainless steel bar from Bra

On March 16, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for stainless steel bar from Brazil. As a result of its administrative review covering 1 February 2008 through 31 January 2009, the US DOC has determined a dumping margin of zero percent for Villares Metals S.A. The petitioners in the investigation are Carpenter Technology Corp., Valbruna Slater Inc., Electralloy Corp., a Division of G.O. Carlson Inc. and Universal Stainless. Final results of the review are to be issued no later than 120 days from the publication date of the preliminary results.
