Union Process Inc. has build a production-sized QL-25 Circulation Attritor for a California-based, global environmental remediation company.
Union Process, a manufacturer of particle size reduction equipment, made the Attritor to be powered by a 40-HP motor, with a carriable frequency drive (VFD). Both the 28-gallon stainless steel grinding tank, and the 250-gallon stainless steel pre-mix tank are jacketed for cooling.
Along with developing Attritor technology, Union Process also manufacturers wet and dry grinding mills, as well as the DMQX-Series horizontal bead milling system.
