Sandvik AB, a Swedish engineering company with a heavy presence across the Americas, has received a proposal from its Nomination Committee for a re-election of some of the companys Board members.
These members include Jennifer Allerton, Claes Boustedt, Marika Fredriksson, Johan Karlström, Johan Molin, Björn Rosengren, Helena Stjernholm, and Lars Westerberg. Johan Molin has been proposed to be re-elected the Chairman of the Board.
More proposals from the Committee will be made public in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of Sandvik AB, which will be held on April 29, 2019 at Göransson Arena in Sandviken, Sweden.
