Manufacturing company, Xiris Automation Inc., has announced the expansion of its technical sales representation in North America, in order to better serve its customers.
Five months ago, Xiris set out to expand its outside sales team so as to provide the best customer service experience in the industry by adding four outside representatives (REPs) in Canada and 20 outside REPs in the United States.
From Alaska to Florida and from Quebec to Southern California, the companyÂ’s REPs are technically competent, hands-on sales professionals with many years of experience in the welding industry. The goal of this initiative is to greatly improve the reaction time to train distributors, as well as provide faster response to requests for demonstrations.
“We feel strongly that Xiris has the best welding cameras in the industry, however that is not enough, we must also have the best technical sales support,” said Norm Sted, director of sales in North America.
