After being located at 8900 Railwood Dr. in Houston, TX for a decade, Global Stainless Supply has renewed its lease for the Class A industrial building, which is part of Railwood Industrial Park in Houstons northeast industrial submarket.
The warehouse, which was completed in 2008, is a total of 210,850 sq. ft. Assets of the building include 8,000 sq. ft. of office space, 24 dock-high doors, 28-foot clear height, and an outside storage space with 128 parking spaces.
Real estate and investment firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) took on the lease renewal, with Ryan Fuselier and Jeff Venghaus representing the tenant in the negotiations. The overall location and specific features of this building continue to be the right fit for their company, customers and employees, said Fuselier, in a prepared statement.
