It was recently announced that the German industrial supplier KERN-LIEBERS will install Expanites patented technology for surface hardening of stainless steel. Expanite, which operates service centers in the USA and Germany, offers solutions for surface hardening of stainless steel, titanium and other high-performance metals.
KERN-LIEBERS will install equipment capable of executing Expanite processes in their Taicang facility. KERN-LIEBERS develops and manufactures precision products made from steel strip and wire around the world, and is furthermore offering heat treatment services from selective locations.
